Overview: check your organisation

Overview in the left sidebar summarises your Enterprise organisation. This page requires management access.

Read the overview

The cards below the organisation name show students, courses, progress and seat costs.

1. Open Overview in the left sidebar.
2. Check Active or Inactive beside the organisation name.
3. Read Students, Courses, Exam-ready and Seats · Cost/yr.
4. Read Average progress below the cards.
5. In the student list, compare each name, course and progress percentage.

Exam-ready counts students whose displayed progress is at least 80%. It is a progress indicator. For recorded exam results, open Compliance.

If the overview is unavailable

No org dashboard means this page is unavailable to your account.

Check that you are signed in with your Enterprise account and ask your organisation administrator to check your role. Students use Training Modules for their assigned learning.
