Keep your account details current and check your pricing plan and allowance. Cancellation and account deletion have different effects. Read the relevant guide before confirming.

Choose your task:

• Update account details: Update personal details, email, language and appearance.
• Secure sign-in: Change a password or set up a second factor or passkey.
• Change your pricing plan: Compare offers and check the payment summary.
• Check payment and invoices: Open the customer portal and check billing details.
• Cancel a pricing plan: Switch to Free and check the effective date.
• Export data and delete an account: Save data and confirm or withdraw a deletion request.
• Use Miles+: Check activities, upload licence proof and redeem rewards.
