Compliance: retrieve exam records

Compliance in the left sidebar shows stored module exam records for Enterprise management accounts.

Check an exam result

The table below the heading contains the stored results.

1. Open Compliance in the left sidebar.
2. Find the student and module in Student and Module.
3. Check Score, Pass and Date. The tick indicates a passed exam; the cross indicates an exam that was not passed.

These records describe training module exams. They do not award an aviation licence or replace an authority exam.

Download the records

Export CSV at the top right downloads the current records as a file.

1. Select Export CSV.
2. Open the downloaded file and check student, email, module, category, score, total, pass result and completion time. The current CSV uses German column headings.
3. Share the file only with authorised people in your organisation.

The button is disabled when there are no records. No exams taken yet. means the list is empty. No records means your account lacks management access. If an expected result is missing, send the student, module and completion time to support.
