Analytics: identify learning gaps

Analytics in the left sidebar shows learning gaps and student progress for Enterprise management accounts.

Read the two lists

The page compares module results and individual learning progress.

1. Open Analytics in the left sidebar.
2. Read Knowledge gaps (weakest modules first). Each row shows the module title, category, pass rate and average score. A dash means the value is unavailable.
3. Read Student mastery. Each row shows a student, the number of passed exams and a progress bar with a percentage.
4. Use these results to decide which module to revisit with your students. Open Training Modules to inspect that module.

Understand an empty page

The message No training data yet. appears when no results are available.

Students must first work through modules before data can appear. No analytics means your account lacks access to this page. Ask your organisation administrator to check your role. To download exam records, use Compliance.
