Use your organisation access

Your organisation assigns a role and, where needed, a course to you. This gives you access to the training modules assigned to you. Personal registration alone does not create an organisation or a student seat.

1. Open the access link supplied by your organisation. Keep the full link, including its code.
2. Sign in with the intended organisation account. If you are missing an account or access, ask your organisation administrator. Enterprise does not offer open self-registration.
3. If your link contains an organisation code, the app automatically applies that saved code after sign-in. There is no separate acceptance button.
4. In the left sidebar, select Training Modules. Once you are assigned, this shows your course’s modules. Select a module card or Open to open its lessons, quiz and exam.

For students, a module card shows Best quiz when a quiz score is saved and Exam passed after a passed exam. Organisation owners, administrators and teachers instead see the module catalogue with Preview and, when assigned to a course, Assign or Assigned. Manage module assignments.

If your assignment is missing

You are currently not assigned to an institution. means the organisation assignment is missing. You are not assigned to a course yet. Please contact your training administration. means a course is still needed. If you see No training modules have been assigned to your course yet., ask the course administrator to assign modules.

Give the responsible person your account email address and the exact message. Ask them to check your access, code and course assignment. A personal paid pricing plan does not fix a missing organisation assignment. Reload once after a temporary loading error and report a continuing error to support.
