My Courses: view the course structure

A course groups students and teachers in your organisation. My Courses shows those assignments. Learning starts on the separate Training Modules page.

Find the two pages

The left sidebar separates the course tree from the module catalogue.

Open My Courses for the tree. Open Training Modules for learning and assignments; the Training Modules guide explains its buttons.

View the course structure

Open My Courses to see the organisation, courses, teachers and students in the course tree. The tree does not open lessons or module players.

The top tile shows the organisation. Below it, each course shows its student and teacher counts. Person tiles show the name and Flight Instructor or Student Pilot. Student tiles also show progress as a percentage.

If your view permits editing, drag a person into another course or drag courses to change their order. Check the assignment afterwards. Without editing permission, the tree serves as an overview.

Check your changes

Reload the page after moving a tile to check the saved assignment.

If Move failed appears, the app reloads the saved structure. Reordering people within the same course does not save that order permanently. If the page says No institution assigned., check your Enterprise access.
